Selections are made on a minimum base rate of $1,500 with additional fees depending on the overall scope of the project. Additional services like project management, accompanied shopping, or real estate consulting is billed at an hourly rate. All selections are delivered in a cohesive presentation with examples of the overall vision, as well as accompanied by a spreadsheet with selection specifications. 3D renderings of selections are available.
